drinking lots of water helps with zits, and i use a mask about three times a week, noxema continuous clean mask, it reallys helps my face cause i have really bad black heads around my nose and on my cheeks, the stuff is fabulous

Clean your face really godd with soap and water... then.. take toothpaste and dab on them... wait 5 minutes and then wash it off.. then clean just the zits with alcohol... then use lotion and put on ur face.. this really helps with mine! Good luck

go to a beauticain and get a skin cosultation they will tell you the right products to use for your skin
