It would look o.k but if u r going for that look i would suggest u just get a long shirt that is meant to go over jeans. But u could probably wear tights with the dress if u wanted to.

yeah I think you should be able to wear that. it would look nice, maybe like a light spring dress would look good with jeans. I think just above the knees is a little low to wear with jeans, but a little higher should be fine.

They would have to be skinny jeans otherwise it might be too overwhelming and unbalanced.
Try it on--take a good look in the mirror; Does it make your legs look short? Too much fabric? Too many things happening in one outfit?
Also try pairing the jeans with heels, it'll add height and make the dress appear a little shorter.
Finally, if you wear the leggins, try pairing them with boots to keep warm.

I think jeans under it would look funny, unless you have some jeans that are really tight. If not, just wear the jeans and have high boots.

If the dress was a little bit shorter it might look better but I would pair your dress with skinny jeans or tight comforming jeans...wearing leggings might look better just make sure you match

it depends on the shape of the dress it should be close to your body and not baggy and flowing bcz then you look like a crazy hippie.
