Its just a coincidence and nothing else.........he had to die on this day and it was a coincidence that Pakistan had lost a match before ! he had diabetis and some other risk factors .for which he used to visite doctors from time to time.............I don't think these risk factors should be avioded ! Cricket is a game and such experieced people do not take it on their heart........it might have caused the tension but ofcourse not a death unless he had some major problem already !so i don't think it is related to Pakistan loss in the world cup !

It has been reported that on 18 March 2007 at approximately 17:15 UTC, Bob Woolmer had been taken to hospital after he was found unconscious in his hotel room. He was taken to the nearby University Hospital in Kingston but it was later confirmed that Bob Woolmer had died.. Pervez Mir, the Pakistan team manager revealed that Woolmer had suffered from an un-named medical condition but said that the cause of death was as yet unknown. .

May be he could not sustain the shock and pressure of the totally unexpected defeat at the hands of such a low ranked team like Ireland.

I don't think so also remember the team was involved in a huge doping scandal before the World Cup and now losing as well, alot of pressure on Bob Woolmer. Condolences to his family.

No. Simple as that. Pure coincidence. Just because they lost to Ireland...

It's not like Beckham faded completely after he was sent off for England, like in the Adidas advert. He bounced back. Pakistan will do the same, and he knew that.

yes it is....woolmer work really hard to prepare this team but the pakistan cricket team let him down by their poor performance.....pak cricket team should learn from Bangladeshi cricket team how they played against India and achieved the target...GOD BLESS PAKISTANI TEAM.
