Ok, I just asked this but, I put in too much detail causing people to become fortune cookie writers. Plain and simple. I have proof that my ex-boss is giving prospective employers a very bad and untrue refference on me. What kind of a lawyer do I need to contact for such thing?

A former employer is only allowed to confirm dates of employment and salary, nothing more, so you should have a good case. And there is only one "f" in reference.

First, talk to any normal trial lawyer and find out what your recourses are. Do not confront your boss, but make sure you have everything documented of what he has told your prospective employers and your sources. From there just listen to your lawyer.
