Nothing. I see this is your third or fourth question, didn't want to read the text book?
Anyway, neurons and muscle cells for example do not divide once we are fully grown. In fact, when you are lifting weights and adding muscle mass, the cells get larger, but do not increase in number.

it will live until it dies... but it will cut a process of making 2 new, completely same cells by not dividing..

1) It can go into latency and remain competent enough to divide when suitable conditions occur
2) It can undergo apoptosis, otherwise known as cell death
