you can wear a tank top under it wouldnt be as revealing as wearing nothing lol but if you wear sleeves it might be kind of barbarick for a prom dress... =[ hope it works

Not sure if it that would be possible, a seamstress could tell you. How about a little jacket or sweater, or a shrug, as mentioned above?

I think you need to take it to a tailor/seemstress to get it done, it also depends on the dress, how the staps are on, and where the seems are located...and such.

it will alter the look of the dress but if you really want to then take it to someone specializing in alterations. or maybe buy a dress you really like.
