It really depends on the size of the baby and what stage of development they are in. I loved Pampers Swaddlers when my son was a newborn( they are soft and have no gaps!) When he was running around like a mad man I used the Pampers Crusiers. I also used Luvs and really liked thoes ones. Store brand diapers tend to be the worst! Leaks, rashes ect. Good Luck!

Pampers baby dry or Pampers cruiser. The best cheapest diaper, probably Luvs, but they seem to leak at night.

pampers crusiers or huggies supreme
yea they cost a little more but they work
with cheap diapers even luvs they always leaked but even if you find any that dont work you can call and complain and get your money back :-)
i liked pampers better just the way they were made
go online and to the websites and they will send you free samples and tons of coupons

Pampers Cruisers!! My daughter sleeps 12 - 14 hours per night (she's 20 months) and doesn't wake up to a lake in the morning!

i have used cloth diapers exclusively and i am on baby #4 now. you can spend a wide variety of $$ getting started with cloth. i have tried quite a few different options. what i like and am using now are Motherese one size and Kissaluvs fitted. for covers i like the Motherese snap ones and also knitted wool pull on pants. i think these products are a good no leak, easy to use system that is not too expensive. for wipes i use reusable flannel or terry clothes that wash with the dipes. just wet with water.

you should try cloth diapers, there are many, many agencies that give them to you and come pick them up and clean them for free!
its also better for the earth. diapers have a horrible shelf life.

I used to use Pampers until I found out that they also make Luvs so I switched and they work great.
