it connects me to the internet with no problems !!! but you can never log into their home site !!! its been like it since oct last year !!! they admit they have probs !! so to get your mail you need to set up with "outlook express " or simular ?? I dont think i miss much in their home page !

Had it installed in November 06. Problems at first because new in my area. However, its now up and running just fine and doesn't cause me any problems and I think its a bargain at £10 per month unlimited use. Well worth considering.
Use Orange Broadband at work and its useless. £19.99 for a service that wont connect most of the time and we cant use the e-mail because they've registered our company name incorrectly f(even though it was an upgrade and it was correct initially when we were on dial-up) Dont bother with Orange.

I have Sky Broadband. The connection at first was rubbish. We were given a connection date which was missed. Lots of phoning to sort it out & one letter. It took them over a month to sort the connection out. Now it is fine.

my mother in law has had alot of problems with sky broadband she couldnt use her computer for weeks due to a problem at skys end

i use sky it has never let me down the customer service is ok not the best but resonable and it is cheap as chips

not using it myself but know someone that it it rubbish spends more time trying to get on line or talking to India and not understanding a word
