I live in an apartment building and I have a retarded neighbor who sometimes knocks on my door in the middle of the night because he needs money to buy cigars. I know it is not his fault but it is both weird and annoying at the same time.
I also had a neighbor who wanted to borrow my VCR even though he had a home entertainment system that took up an entire wall in his living room (hmmm...nothing strange going on there).

The weirdest thing a neighbor asked me to borrow was clothes, because she was 300 pounds and i'm 98 pounds. I was kind of insulted, but i politley told her no.

My neighbors asked if they could come over and use my hot tub one night. They litterally came over in bathing suits and swim trunks. I am not friends with them at all but I am sure I didn't help anything by telling them no.
