Autonomous spending is spending independent (autonomous) of income. It is the spending that is required for the basics food, clothing, shelter. It would exist even when income is zero. Your cited equation is not correct for autonomous spending. It looks like you were starting an equation for GDP?

autonomous spending is expenditure just enough to keep things going...
for example, even if your income may be zero,
to survive, you'd still need to spend some money to stay alive...
for an economy as a whole,
autonomous spending would be just amount of the expenditure that economy has to make just to keep business, consumers, and government going...
also, remember, income may be zero, but you can borrow to make this expenditure...
