Well, it depends. For me, it's Christmas. It never fails, I always drip something onto my dress at the holiday dinners. But that's why I don't but fabrics that I can't wash at home.

But if it's the kids good holiday clothes, it's definitely Easter. Even if they're not dying eggs in their good clothes, just handling dyed eggs can get the dye on their hands and clothes. And good luck getting that stuff out! That's why Easter pictures are always taken in the new outfits a week or so before Easter. LOL

My husband and I went to a semi-formal Christmas party. I wore my very expensive, off-white silk Ralph Lauren suit (only wore it 2 times prior), which I loved, and he bumped into me and spilled his red wine all over my suit, jacket and pants. I had it cleaned, they tried everything and can't get the wine stains out, it's ruined. I can't find another one, either. He felt so bad about it, but not as bad as I do:)

Since you are talking about two (comparative), the word is worse. And, oh yes, worest isn't a word.

P.S. My only guess is that the people giving me a "thumbs down" are happy to see you go through life misspelling this simple, everyday word. That's not very nice or helpful.
