Not that I'm that big of a guy, but I like to open my legs some when I need to go and frankly that's impossible in some stalls. Why can't they just put them up a little higher? Is there a reason for this?

Ok...This is so cool that you brought that up! I am a female and they do the same things in womens restrooms!!!! They put the tp dispenser next to the toilet and only about 6-12" from the ground!!! Its like I am sitting there and I have to fall off the seat to reach the damned paper!!! Not to mention that there is absolutely no room whatsoever, as you point out. Who designs this stuff????
