if so whats the reason for it and when will they be getting more?

my guess is that they will be getting more... ask when the next shipment is supposed to come in.
as for the shortage... i'll venture a guess and say that it is a false scarcity... they are supplying less than the demand so the prices are higher. similar to Sony and Microsoft with their latest consoles.

unfortunately there is still shortage look at the sunday mornin ads...and check stores flyer the day before it starts so you could line up the next day
