Does anyone know how to buff off scratches from a platinum-plated bracelet using a drummel buffing tool?

I think you mean a Dremel, if so you will need to apply a thin coat of Dremel polishing compound ( No.421) to the bracelet with a soft clean cloth. Then insert the buffing attachment to your Dremel and buff gently. If necessary repeat these steps until the scratches are either gone or not noticeable. This method worked great on my brass umbrella stand. Just make sure you have a firm grip on your bracelet when buffing.
