There is a rod connecting the pedal to the master cylinder-loosen the tightening screw and turn the rod clockwise or anticlockwise depending on what you want to achieve (higher or lower pedal release). You have to do it by trial and error until you get the setting you want. This is the only adjustment for the clutch that I know. Be sure to tighten the screw again after you have finished.

Sorry, it's hydraulic so it's non-adjustable. If it's not releasing until the pedals at the bottom then you need to replace it.
