Okay: How i know it is a wagon wheel. People make up the spokes by linking arms.

after linking arms, take your right leg, bend in inwards (well, the only way you CAN bend it) over your left leg, and kick, hopping backwards with your other foot at the same time, and then step back three times (like, back back back). Repeat, except with the left leg.

After repeating this process so it's right, left, right, left, you're going to sache (gallop motion) forewards eight times. Then, go back to the backwards motion with the kicking thing.

That's how I learned it, I was in the group that made the Guinness World Record for most amount of people doing the Cotton-Eyed Joe at the same time. We made a huge wagon wheel.

The dance is called " Flat footing " similar to "clogging" but with out the SHOES ... lol

u bounnce twice on ur rite foot, bounce twice on ur foot bnackwards, steo out wit ur rite foot and hit it wit ur rite hand then step out again cept hit the back of ur foot, step out wit ur rite, then step behind ur rite wit ur left, step agAIN WIT UR RITE, AND come together wit ur left and clap, then twist around once pretending that u hav a lasso in ur hands good luck!
