Why are teachers retarted?

Because any one who decides to earn a living attempting to get 30+ teens to learn just a little something just has to be mad. And if their not when they start they soon will be.

They aren't. Have you thought that you, or your fellow students, are? Imagine having to grade about 100 papers, almost everyday. Or having to come up with a program to help students learn what is REQUIRED of the country. And no, I'm not a teacher. Oh, by the way, you spelled "retarded" wrong.

First learn how to spell retarded! Next, try to understand what it is like to come up with activities for hyperactive, video game zombies for 180 days out of the year while trying not to become a victim of assault, robbery, or homicide. But you have to do all of this and make it interesting. Try taking home papers to grade, journals to edit, and parent phone calls to make. You have to bring your work home because school administrators don't give you enough time finish your work at work. Teachers spend more doing paperwork for the district than on instruction and trying to teach people like you to spell retarded. You spend more time with children not your own than with your own. They do all of this for a paltry salary. I don't know your situation but the majority of teachers care, but it does become easy not to when you have students don't care about their lives or getting an education, parents who believe that their child doesn't do anything wrong, administrators who have forgotten what it's like to be in the classroom, and a media that will only come to out to your school for football games and school shootings!
