No, it's a losing battle. The yard is 2 acres and it's surrounded by 20 acres of hardwood. If you rake, the next morning the leaves are back.

No, when I bought this house I made sure there weren't many trees. We only have a couple but they're usually good about it. I do try to keep my yard as neat as possible though

Yes, and it is a chore! We have a very big yard out in the country, with lots of trees. I lost track of how many pickup loads of leaves I hauled out last fall, but it was at least half-a-dozen.
I use a riding lawnmower to pick up most of the leaves.

the front yard is much nicer than the back - that is where my two sweet dogs spend a lot of time having fun!!!

yeah, I don't like to have leaves and high grass in the yard. I like it to look nice and tidy.
