Bollywood movies do extensive lip synching... so language is not a barrier
If you observe bollywood movies, they seem to love showing foreign girls dancing with indian heros and heroins.... that is the first step of acceptance.
Second step of acceptance, bollywood heroes marry and date foreign women.
Third step of acceptance, you liking our movies

Indian film industry has many foreigners as actors, singers, choreographers and co-directors etc. Hence, being a foreigner is not a problem in Indian movies. Indians are very open-minded people in general.
