Call your local cell phone provider. They can help you. If you are on a land line, call your phone company. They will help you find out who is calling you and you can have this number blocked.

On a cell phone u can call your carrier they can trace any number no matter if its private or blocked.
On a regular phone I dont think the company can trace it for you but if you go to the police they can trace it and problem solved
Or if its bothering you that much you can always change your numba

The phone company is not allowed to tell you. You could go to the local police and they will advise you and help you.

yeah, i don't think that they can actually tell you what number it is (not sure, but i bet their is some sort of privacy policy), but i'm sure you could block it... or possibly file a complaint with the police, they would probably be able to find out who it is.
