First time enema?

Tomorrow i have to get a enema for the first time and i'm 15.. I hear it's where they squirt water up your butt but that's all i know. does it hurt a lot? do i have to take off my clothes?

i'm embarassed about it a lot. do i have to stand up or what do i do when they do it? what if i make my cheeks tight together or try to so they cant put it in?

does it make me go to the bathroom the same way or diffferent and longer?

you will be uncomfortable and probably embarrassed, but it doesnt hurt, squeezing your cheeks is pointless!
