what is the least-windiest city?

im looking to move houses, but i need a city with little wind. any ideas?

According to the following link, it is Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The average wind speed is 4.4 miles per hour.

Find some place with tall trees. They will act as a wind barrier. I grew up in eastern Texas, in the piney woods. Very little ground level wind.
