The drawing looks like it was originally for a tattoo. In that context it is meant to be a nautical star. During the world wars, and even before that, sailors used stars for navigation purposes. The superstitious sailors would get star tattoos to help bring good luck and to help them find their way home safely .

In the context of a tee shirt i would have to say they are probably just for decorations and dont really mean anything

It looks like a gang-style symbol to me. "113" is the California Penal Code for manufacturing phoney documents to conceal your true identitiy or citizenship...drivers licenses, green cards, alien registrations, etc.

It's definitely NOT Jewish or related to the holocaust as another person stated. The star you're showing has 5 points and the Star of David has 6.

Check the label on the clothing to see if it is the design logo.

It may belong to something, but I think it is just a creative graphic. A form of secular empowerment imagery.

The die refer to gambling of course (think of any expressions regaring roling the die), life symbolism, flaming die wow,
this guy is burning hot, a burning hot star! The star looks metal so perhaps even refined by fire. Anyway, it is charged with strength and excitment. Tough guy image of the gambler, someone who thrives on taking chances.

How is that?
