create routines. Smile alot. Use Crest Whitestrips to get the really clean. Brush your teeth alot. Wash your hair alot. Make sure your voice is loud but not too loud. Follow the guidelines.
stretch alot.

I'd think as with any sport do some running and weight lifting. You wouldn't want to bulk up but you would like to build some muscle tone. A lot of stretching would help too.

Make sure you can run a mile, work on your jumps, stretch and stretch some more, tighten up those abs, and perfect that handstand if you haven't already.
