Well, you have it wrong. At school you learn stuff that you can put into practice in your job. But mostly you learn HOW to study stuff, how to be on time, and how to achieve SOMETHING. The details do not matter.
When you get a JOB, make sure that it is one you enjoy, and that is suited to you and your likes/dislikes. Then work is a pleasure and the off times are fun too. I am already OLD and I am still having fun and enjoying all the day times and night times.
Live well, careful with your body (eat organic and exercise all the time)

We go to school so we can educate our mind so that we can understand what is going in the world around us and improve it. If you are too ignorant to understand things then you'll let the world choose a bad mayor, governer, senator, or even a president and they might take the fun out of YOUR life. And you'll sit around there saying to yourself, "I wish I knew what to do and what's happening so I can't let this happen to me."
When your at school you meet people who you end up befriending and continuing the relationship to keep you company and entertain you when you're "too old to do anything fun".
If you do good in school you can get a cool and fun career or a dream job you've wanted since forever. That way you live your life having fun while doing your job, getting money, and spending it on luxuries.
Work and school do take up much time, but without them, you have too much time. And if you haven't gone to school then you're going to have a even harder time to do things while you're wondering what the hell to do because your so bored with your life.
True it takes up too much time but long term happiness isn't so easy to get. In a capitlist society you have to learn and work to have a successful life. Or else for another 50 years you are going to be smelling like fast food while you're working at the grill in BK. So when you're old, you won't have enough money to retire and your kids will put you in a nursing home. Now isn't that fun?

Yes, I'm sure you want to be a hobo, or begging for food on the side of the road. Did you think of why you work? To get a salary, to support your family of kids, or cats. To do something with your life, possibly. Believe it or not, you'll be bored without a job. Can you imagine doing the same "fun" thing for your entire life, even with back pain or calf pain.

I don't know about you , but I've been working full time for 13 years , and before that, going to school....I never have a problem finding time to do fun stuff. It can be difficult, but budgeting you time, and planning ahead work wonders.

Study something you love and work doing something you enjoy. You won't feel like as much of your time is wasted because you will be having fun.

If you do it right should be able to have fun at school with your friends. The point of school is to learn and fun is secondary.

You don't have to live like that. Go to Bolivia and mine for gold. Live in Balboa Park. Throw paper airplanes off of the Eiffel Tower. You have the choice to do what ever you want. Except die. Sorry, but you'll have to die. Until then it's all you.

You study to enlighten yourself. Some people aren't meant to learn, thus they fail at life. Please don't fail at life. Stay in school. Get a good job.. Get good vacation time. Get fun time. Get the idea?
