Is it just cash that is hidden? I'm interested in purchasing something of a small amount (it's just $5 and the seller is reliable) and I was curious how I should send it with cash.

It is not off of eBay. The seller is, like I said, reliable. I don't consider eBay (or any auction site) reliable. Sorry if I sound snappish.

Well concealed cash is when you take your big fat five dollar bill and wrap it in a piece of paper, then you put it in an envelope. In other words do not drop a five spot into a see thru envelope, take some precautions.

I suppose that well-concealed cash would be cash that is wrapped up well in an envelope so that no one knows that there is cash in it. But personally I would not send cash through the mail. My mother did send money through the mail in a birthday card one time. So maybe if you wrapped in white paper and then put it in the envelope no one will know what is in there.

I wouldn't. There are other safer ways to pay internationally, like paypal. At least you can dispute the claim if you don't get your bag. Besides, don't you think it's weird that someone in Taiwan wants US funds? Use paypal or a credit card. You should never send cash to someone you don't know and besides, it can be stolen in the mail if it is not concealed well enough.

It is never a good idea to send cash though the mail. It shouldbe sent as a money order, tellers note or some thing like that. It sould also be sent by a taceable means, such as fedex or 1st class mail so that if the intended recipient doesn't get it you can track it down and cancel the money order. Or you can send it western union.

Are you buying something off eBay? What the seller is meaning is that you can send cash in the mail. Just make sure that it cannot be seen by a potential thief. Actually eBay has prohibited its' sellers from stating that in a listing. Plus, you have no proof that the money was sent if the seller says that he/she never received it.
