how about running a competition in your area through your local newspapers, or with local secondary schools to get all the kids to come up with a name.
firstly kids are so creative and talented with computers etc nowadays and they could do you a logo too, secondly you can get free PR in the local newspapers/school newsletters etc both announcing the competition in the first place and then announcing the winner, perhaps with a photo of you handing the competition winner their prize (which doesn't have to be expensive - how about an MP3 player for a tenner?) and if you get photographed with the winning name/logo being held up too then it gets it in front of local people right from the start. then once they start to see your business up and running they will already be familiar with the logo and name etc.

Talk to a feed mill operator. Find out who is supplying those seeds you are looking for in bulk. Although you should try to avoid GMO seed- that is anything roundup ready, or BT types. Even orange cauliflower is GMO. Local seed vvendors might be able to help you too.

What kind of food are you selling?
An easy prefix could be:
EZ-
Quik-
Those are a bit tacky, though. To come up with a better name we'll need information on the type of food.
