I have US Cellular (similar to Verizon). When I signed my contract, it was for 2 years. Technology updates at a blazing fast pace and I would like to keep up. I don't really want to wait 2 years before I get a new phone.

Is there any way, without spending a ridiculous amount of money (less than $100) to get a new (decent, not a $.01 phone) phone BEFORE my 2 year contract is up?

What do you mean "upgrade" my phone?

You should be able to upgrade your phone.

Sometimes, you can go through your provider's website and some will give you a price break if you are somewhere near the contract end date (I think it is somewhere around 6 mos.). Otherwise, I would suggest trying to purchase a phone online via eBay, Overstock Auctions, or the local newspaper.
