Lil' Wayne is 24 and I am not sure who is father is but he passed away a few years ago. Brian "Baby/Birdman" Williams has been something like a father figure to Lil' Wayne since he signed with Cash Money Records. They both refer to Lil' Wayne as Birdman Jr.
