Are there people working on these farms with no pay and are they get beat for not working?

No. They just installed a bunch of robots to whip themselves for acting like they know how to work. I imagine after working on one for a few years would drive anyone nuts!!!!!!!!!!

They chew on the Coca leaves while they work, as it makes them energetic. A lot of people in South America do this for energy. I watched a show on the History Channel about it that said that people in South America also use the leaves in tea and other things. Apparently, it gives you a boost by just chewing on the leaves of the plant so the people harvesting the coke do this and can work vigorously all day.
