If you are trying to conceive, your best bet is purchasing an ovulation kit..Many trips to fertilization specialists after a miscarriage.. I learned all that fun stuff.. =) even if your cycle is very 28 days to the HOUR, you still could have either an early, or late ovulation.. and some women can even skip a month of ovulating, and don't notice... so , like I said.. you're best off to get an ovulation kit, they usually aren't tooooo expensive.. and gauge that way.
