it is USUALLY 14 days from the first day of your period, but if your "cycle" is more or less than 28 days it can change that drastically. There are quite a few sites out there that can give you an "ovulation calendar" to base off your cycle. If you are trying to conceive, your best bet is purchasing an ovulation kit..Many trips to fertilization specialists after a miscarriage.. I learned all that fun stuff.. =) even if your cycle is very 28 days to the HOUR, you still could have either an early, or late ovulation.. and some women can even skip a month of ovulating, and don't notice... so , like I said.. you're best off to get an ovulation kit, they usually aren't tooooo expensive.. and gauge that way. One site that I believe has the ovulation calendar - to base off your cylce length is : www.tryingtoconcieve.com

seems such as you're having intercourse at precisely the the perfect option time. i replaced into utilising a known variety ovulation equipment, and it replaced into valuable for 3 or 4 days besides, which replaced into perplexing. So I switched to a ClearBlue digital ovulation attempt. It exhibits an empty circle while you're actually not ovulating, and a happyface while you're :) It replaced into much less perplexing. For the 2d area of your question, i do no longer comprehend if it is significant to have intercourse prevalent. My hubby and that i attempted to because of the fact we figured, the extra opportunities the extra effectual! some people say another day in spite of the shown fact that. stable good fortune. :D
