According to the ABA website, People v Brunetti is a hypothetical case in which a schoolyard shooter and his victim both end up dead. The shooters cousin, who owned the gun, is arrested.

If you are playing the prosecutor, your statement should summarize why the cousin is responsible for the shooting. Did he give the shooter the weapon? Did he know the shooters intent?

If you are the defense, your statement is why the cousin is not responsible. Did he get the gun secured? Did the shooter, steal the gun?

The website did not give enough detail to address these issues.

what's the case about and which side are you? it's important to know these things. but use something that concise and fitting to the court cases...be bold and picky with your words. using bigger ones are more impressive if you know what they mean.
