how do you remove the smell of bleach from car seats?

HELP!!!! My son accidentally spilled some bleach on the back seat of my car and now my car smells like bleach. I'm using air freshners to mask the smell, but is there a way to get rid of the odor all together or is time my only option?

a built in fan might help.
