Hi, Maddie!
I know, it sucks. Well, lots of people will say the same thing here: letters, email, phone-calls, etc. But I would say go one step further. Try sending eachother creative care packages. You know all about eachother, right? So, along w/ that letter you send her, package it up w/ a mini stuffed animal, some candy (I'll bet you there will be ALOT of stuff that she could get in the states that she WONT be able to get in Mexico! Make sure to keep a mental note when she starts complaining that she cant get her favorite candybar or TV show!) Make video tapes of you & your other mutual friends during regular hang-out times so she can "get in" on all the social stuff she might be missing! Stationary, baubles, old photos, etc. etc! The sky is the limit! Soon, and especially if she gets in on it too, she'll be hovering over her mailbox waiting to see what you are sending next! It might be great for you, too! She'll have access to lots of neat things in Mexico that she can share with you as well! Best of luck!

fisrt off, is it permanent? is she is MOVING there then its gonna be kinda tough, that girl had a great idea with sending packages. But if you REALLY wanna stay in contact and you have money visit her during the summer, make a sort of tradition
