Ok, i am building a Extreme Gaming Computer here...and i am looking for some help on what kind of Video Card i should get...i am not sure. Now i defentily want to stay with NVidida but i have heard that the New 8800 GTX is the way to go! but i have also heard that running 2 x 7800's is Equal or better than running the one single 8800 GTX! What do you think? I am looking for some Good Honest Answers! Thanks!

I have to say go with the 8800 GTX for sure.

Not only does it have Direct X 10 support, which will have a whole slew of new eye candy, but it is faster than two 7800's in SLI.

Plus, if you buy the 7800's and need more power, you need to buy either the best card on the market or another SLI setup. If you go with the 8800GTX and need more power, you can just buy another 8800GTX and run that in SLI with your old one.

1 8800 GTX is faster than two X1950 XTXs which is faster than two 7900 GTXs. If you want the fastest card now, get the 8800 GTX, but be aware that NVidia will release the 8800 Ultra on April 17. And a month after that, ATI will launch the X2900 series, which is expected to be a good deal faster.

1 GTX. Direct X10, More Ram, Faster Clock speed. Less space possibly.
