I am going to try to put all of my old notes into electronic form. So they take up less space. More living space for me.

But I want them to look like my originals.

I do not have a scanner.

How much memory do scanned documents take up?

Scanning's easiest, but it won't be searchable. If you're going to type it all in, when you're done do a ctrl-A (select all) and click the underline thingie. That should make it sort of similar, especially if you left & right justify so the lines go all the way to the end.

A scanner is the way this would get done. Too bad you don't have one. You could type it in, but it wouldn't look like the original. Don't know that there is another option.

You could see if a convenience store like Walgreens will have a scanner that you could use to scan and save your notebook on file, for a fee.

Hi ,
Type the document.
Hilight all
Point to Borders
Use middle horesintal border and bottom border
it will look like that you were typing on a lined paper.
dont forget to try to use a font that have the same size where letter "H" and letter "I" have the same width not like Courier.
