And although I agree with everything asked in the divorce and am ready to proceed, when I asked what to do, they said if I agree to everything to not do anything? I find this hard to believe, they said only filed a response if I disagree with anything. Also on the issue of spousal support it says "TERMINATE ISSUE" and the box that is checked is the one for the responder (me) to not be able to ask for spousal support. Now I don't plan on asking for any at all, but can she can ask for some if it says "TERMINATE ISSUE" and no boxes are checked next to it? And do I really need not do anything if I agree to what's in the divorce papers(Let it fall into default as the cop said)? She's asking for nothing at all, I'm asking for nothing at all. We were really young and we both don't have anything, I just want to make sure what I was told was correct. I live in California.so this is a CA divorce, we've been married just over 4 years, we don't have any children or anything of real value...

Also, she filed herself, she does not have an attorney...I'm just concerned for "default"

She doesn't have an attorney, she filed herself. I don't think she has any malicious intent, I just want to make sure that if I do agree with it, do I just let it go like I've been advised? and if TERMINATE ISSUE is for BOTH parties and not just me...I did go to my local legal area, they were no help at all...
