I have a few questions...

For your grilled chicken, does it come to the store raw or frozen? How is it prepaired?

I really only like hot french fries. If I asked for really hot ones and said I would wait however long it is till the next batch comes out, do you think that would be rude, or would they do it? I always end up with cold ones.

I am also a restaurant manager. Just not at McD's. If its frozen how exactly does it come.

I was a manager at Mcdonalds 10 yrs ago, and the chicken came frozen (with grill marks already on it!) As for the fries..If I remember correctly, the entire process of cooking a fresh batch of fries is exactly 3 minutes..By all means ask them to drop a fresh fry, I always do.

i dont work at McDonald's..however, I have worked in fast food and the restaurant business for years before I work in my current profession.

I am betting that the chicken comes frozen. It is just not realistic to come raw and UNFROZEN....as long as it takes trucks to drive to the stores, etc.

And about the fries...it is definitely not rude to ask for your fries to be hot, you shouldn't even have to ask! I would definitely ask, get your money's worth, by all means....but watch them carefully after you do...some people, but definitely not all, will spit in anyone's food who asks them for anything they don't want to do.

i dont like cold fries either. a good tip ive learned is to ask with your fries without salt. this will force them to use a fresh, hot batch of fries. you can just add the salt when you sit down with the little paper packages they offer.
