We are already funding stem cell research. I would be happy to up that funding if it would cure us of that dreaded liberal gene.

I would support it, however I do not believe the federal government has any right to use our tax dollars to fund any type of grant involving stem cells. If people would reach into their pockets and support this cause like they did when it came to helping the victim's families in 9/11 or those affected by Hurricane Katrina then we would advance this cause further then one could ever expect. A tax break would also help; the more money in the pockets of American's the more they can give. Hope this helps. --- Jeff

Yes. I understand and respect the fact that some people's religious belief is that the empryos used are human beings. But that is no more than that--a religious belief--and I do object to them trying to force their beliefs on others as public policy--especially when it is at the cost of research that can save real lives.

Scientist or doctors found another way to have stem cell research. I forgot what it was, but they don't use embryos. That I will support. I would not support it if they use embryos.

No. If they can use stem cells without destroying a fertilized egg, I would be for it.

What a ridiculous question. There is no such thing as a liberal or conservative gene. One is a liberal or conservative based on upbringing and personal experience. It has nothing to do with genetics.
