is there a site i can visit to obtain cyl.head,exhaust manifold,ex.manifold to turbo bolt torque wrench settings,thanks for any help,ps it is a transporter t3 1600 diesel turbo.

most garages have auto data books which give this information for most vehicles. reference librarys are obliged to provide references on request if you dont want to buy haynes manual. good gasket and headbolt sets include this data. make sure head not distorted or pcc's cracked. & valves reset at correct depth if head has been machined.
