Anaheim Ducks- Most likely George Parros, but they have a lot of guys who drop the gloves, so it's hard to say there.
Atlanta Thrashers- Shane Hnidy.
Boston Bruins- Zdeno Chara is probably the only guy on that team that would even think about dropping the gloves.
Buffalo Sabres- Andrew Peters (or whatever the hell his first name is).
Calgary Flames- Jarome Iginla. The guy is so Gordie Howe-esque in that he can score as well as dish it out when he needs to.
Carolina Hurricanes- Mike Commodore.
Chicago Blackhawks- Brent Seabrook.
Colorado Avalanche- Ian Laperreiere
Columbus Blue Jackets- Jody Shelley
Dallas Stars- It's really a toss-up between Matthew Barnaby and Krys Barch, with Barnaby getting the toss because of his experience in this field.
Detroit Red Wings- Mathieu Schneider, though the Wings really don't have anyone who'll drop the gloves very much.
Edmonton Oilers- This is a three-way tie between Brad Winchester, Zack Stortini and Matt Greene, all three being guys that the Oilers'll put out to drop 'em against the best of them in the league.
Florida Panthers- Steve Montador, with honourable mention to Bryan Allen.
Los Angeles Kings- Raitis Ivanans
Minnesota Wild- Derek Boogaard
Montreal Canadiens- Sheldon Souray
Nashville Predators- Jordin Tootoo
New Jersey Devils- Cam Janssen
New York Islanders- Brendan Witt
New York Rangers- Ryan Hollweg gets the nod over Colton Orr here because he has played in more games and, therefore, has more penalty minutes.
Ottawa Senators- The toss-up this time is between Chris Neil and Brian McGratton, with Neil getting the nod because of having more experience through games played.
Pittsburgh Penguins- This toss-up is between Gary Roberts and Georges Laraque, with Laraque squeaking through here because that is what he does.
Philadelphia Flyers- Ben Eager
Phoenix Coyotes- Josh Gratton, with honourable mention to Nick Boynton.
San Jose Sharks- Mark Bell
St. Louis Blues- Jamal Mayers
Tampa Bay Lightning- Shane O'Brien
Toronto Maple Leafs- Wade Belak
Washington Capitals- Donald Brashear
Vancouver Canucks- Kevin Bieksa

That's the list. Some of these teams don't really have anyone who drops the gloves, so some of these guys are the most likely ones on their teams to drop 'em. Everyone else definitely drops 'em with regularity.

top five are

1. Scott Park, Colorado Avalanche

3. Georges Laraque, Pittsburgh Penguins
4. George 'mustache' Parros, Anaheim Ducks
5. Ian Lapperierre, Colorado Avalanche

Greatest of all time: Bob Probert

Mark M ... O'Brien got traded to Tampa Bay ... And man that was a BAD trade ... Great kid, great heart! Although Parros is their designated "enforcer" now, I don't think he had the enthusiasm that O'Brien does nor Todd Fedoruk. By the way, does anybody know where Fedoruk is?
