Sorry but recent reports suggest Clarkson says Top Gear is finished but the beeb says it's back in the autumn and I've no idea who's right

That was Sabine Schmitt or something close to that, she is a highly experienced track driver that tried to beat JC's lap time in a van. she obviously impressed JC but the whole replacement thing was all in jest at the end of one of the last series's (if thats a word)
and as for top gear not returning (which i really hope it IS returning) i have just been looking on the net and found that 2 charity organisations (one for people with brain injuries and BRAKE) have made various complaints due to the handling of Hammonds return. I fear the big "will it return" question has something to do with that.....but dont hold me to it, i just want my beloved top gear back soon! :o)

It was Sabine Smitz, and I think that Jeremy's reason why he said that he was considering to replace Hammond with her, was just a practical joke.
Either ways, I'm sure there'll be more Top Gear episodes coming - they just did a Top Gear of the Pops - naturally, it was hilarious (as usual) :P

they should replace top gear with the cartoon whacky races it would be more fun.
