You might feel fatigue and a general icky feeling... then again, it might just be a cold.

Feeling like you are getting a cold doesn't sound like pregnancy symptoms to me, but it could be a rare reaction; every woman's experience is different and though it is rare, that might be how your body would react.
Probably a pregnancy test on the day of your next period's due date is the fastest way to find out, most symptoms don't emerge until 4 - 6 weeks after conception. I got pregnant mid-May in 2006, and didn't feel symptoms until the first week or two of June ( 1 to 2 weeks past my period's due date). What I felt happened to coincide with the most common symptoms:
- breast tenderness
- a slightly bloated feeling, like you feel before your period, because your uterus lining hasn't shed, and you are or will begin to retain water weight
- stomach ache, nausea and queasiness
- sharp changes in appetite - usually a decrease at first, with serious food aversions; suddenly you might not want to even look at yogurt or ground beef or some other totally random food.
- morning sickness; can't miss this one - you'll vomit randomly during the day, or feel like you will
- increased urination, though this will take another few weeks, probably, until your uterus is sufficiently large enough to put pressure on your bladder but not big enough to rise out from your pubis/pelvic bones and become the visible pregnancy pooch.
- and obviously, no period, or just a tiny bit of spotting.
