edmonds is injury prone and floyd is now garbage...get a better OF...crosby is injury prone....and eckstein is only about a 3rd option SS...having morneau and cano and jeter are good solid offensive players...but pudge is scary to have...piazza will be better this year than in years past since he now has a DH option...
u need a quality closer...izzy has not yet set his job as the cards closer so pick up somebody that will get you at least a few more saves....look for a guy like todd jones or jenks and fuentes to pick up becuz the big closers will be taken already...zito and sabathia are always good #3 and #4 starters...verlander will not be what he was like last year and lowe had a high era but will get wins like always...and wang is totally a different story...
he will not be even close this year to 100 K's...he will not win another 19 games...his era will be near 4.00 and his record will be more like 13-13. keep him as a back up...
you havbe some holes in both offense and pitching but those can be fixed...out of ten i give it a 6.5

That's a very strong team, I usually like to carry more closers for the first half of the season. Bump up your saves and then as you start using up your innings trade them to fill in your gaps once you know what they are. You can probably get some relief talent for Pudge or Piazza who both qualify for catcher. Not much point in carrying so many bench players when your starting pitchers can only contribute once every five days. Get more relievers.

Your lynup is pretty stacked, I think you should try and get a better closer and 1 more good starting pitcher

you have some depth offensively so i would trade for one or two closers cause white knuckle always gettin hurt isringhausen is not a good bet

very good team, let me guess 10 team league? if theres any more teams than that then you have good chances of going very far.
