Is there anything i can do to not make that happen again?

Wow, that happened to me, too! I just got back from Jamaica and when I got off the plane I couldn't believe how swollen my legs and feet were. I think it has something to do with the combination of eating, drinking, lying around in the sun, and flying. I'm all better now, are you? I hope so.

Probably from the heat and the amount of walking your did. Take with you sandals that let your feet breathe. Stick your feet in a cold tub will help the swelling go down. And elevate them when you can.

That happened to me, too. Maybe it was because I spent the entire week there at the buffet and the bar.

It might be from the heat, or a very slight bad reaction to some native pollen or dust. It shouldn't be anything serious.

Maybe you are walking around with too much wait, too much walking will cause swelling.

Maybe you were pregnant. That happens.
