I think Lexy sounds the most posh. It rhymes with Sexy and then you think of a Lexus too (: When I think of someone called Lexy you just picture a girl with a nice glow to her skin with a nice manicure, natural and beautiful make up and rich.

If a girls name was Alexa/Alexis/Alex- I would think Lexi/Lexy would suit the best.
Brianna/Brandy- Bri/Brie/Bry
Madison/Madeline- Maddie/Mady
I can't think of a name for Beba
Keke- KK
Noemi/Noel/Naomi- Nena
