I want clarify that men produce sperm for ever, independently from age, while girls start being fertile after the sexual development (8-12 y/o) and until climacteric (45-50 y/o).
Thus, aside from infertility or some disease an old man can give a baby to a young women, surely!

It's possible, but it might be difficult because older men have lower sperm counts, but it is definitely possible. I don't know how many young women would want an old guy to father her child though.

Age is irrelevant; the question is whether the man is producing viable sperm, and the woman is ovulating. Charlie Chaplin fathered a child in his 70s, so it's certainly possible.

They sure can. Tony Randall became a dad for the first time at age 77. His wife was 27.

Yes they can, a man looses sperm count as he gets older but he never looses all of them.
Don't forget a man has millions of sperm in each ejaculate so loosing a few leaves quite a few left to impregnate!

If you can still get your wiener up, and keep it up long enough to do the job, then yeah, you can knock up a woman.
