body clock buggered....

in a routine of sleeping 6pm - 11pm, and then 5am. I reluctantly get up at 8 or 9am but can't stay awake. I've just woken up and don't want to go back to sleep

keep myself busy, surf the net, listen and sing along to my favourite songs, watch tv/movies, basically do your favourite things that will keep you busy, active and interested.

stay awake by any means for 48 hours and you will get back in routine
