According to my husband (big fan of the game) if you go south of Varrok you will come to the Champions Guild. You can by a black helmet at that shop. My husband is also curious to know what level you are and if you are member? He also stated if you go to Rune HQ you can find most of your answers there.

You can buy it at the Champion's Guild, but that is for if you have 32 skill points. Otherwise, you have to buy it from other people, or get it from a drop. For the black med helm, you can dig it up from the digsite (for members), or you can kill dark warriors in their castle for it in level 9 wilderness.

runescape is for nerds.. i suggest u quit and start doing something that actually matters in life... i have been playing for 2 years and i have a lvl 75 account with full sara with 3mil... im not a member but im selling it to someone for some cash for i suggest u do dat too...
