Well, in my opinion, they're both great.
Sesame Street is abit overrated with Elmo and the corporate attitude of CTW, but if you think on all the good childhood memories behind Sesame, you can't help but smile.
Besides, there are still some good, honest people working there, who truly care about quality children's television and puppetry.
And I just love the classic Muppet's, they've got some unique characters that Sesame is really missing out on. And Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem? The Muppet show is much more clever and less restricted than Sesame because it's not just made for kids. Adults too can enjoy the Muppet crew and their antics.
All in all, let's not forget though they're all made by the same genius, Jim Henson. Henson was a simple man who managed to put smiles on so many faces, who started with nothing and made it. He's simply awesome.
I have to admit though, I tend to lean toward Muppet's because of the corporate, money grabbing-esque feel that's grown behind Sesame. I think it's lost some of it's touch over the years. And Muppets is funnier.
